Get Focused es una organicacion creado por un entrenador cetificado y su mision es motivar jovenes a leer y hacer ejercicios!
La organicacion fue creado en 2009 por entrenador Goldin Martinez para ensenar a los jovenes lo importante que es vivir un vida sana.
Como un entrenador professional, Goldin se dio cuenta que habia una necesidad para crear un programa para ensenar a los jovens la importancia del ejercisio y como comer saludable. Goldin decidio que su mision en su vida era crear el movimiento Get Focused y ayudar a todo estos ninos.
Goldin creo este movimiento no solo para mostrarles ejercisio como fleciones de pecho y sentadillas, pero ayudarlos para ponerse mas Fuertes mentalmente para un future positivo. Con su dedicacion, motivacion, y positividad logro de motivar a muchos.
Get Focused utiliza Feria de Libros, escuelas, y hospitales para unise a las communidades. Con estas uniones Get Focused a podio transformer las vidas a muchos ninos no solo fisicamente pero mentalmente.
