Balloon Festival Was A Success
This Father’s Day weekend, thousands gathered to watch over 20 hot air balloons lift off into the sky. The Quechee Balloon Festival fills the skies over Vermont and New Hampshire with colorful hot air balloons every year and it has become a tradition to watch them embark on this short journey. The conditions have to be perfect in order for the balloons to lift off, and they were lucky enough that the conditions were perfect.
Over 60 craft artisans are there as well as continuous music, commercial vendors, and children’s activities. Not to mention all of the amazing food they have to offer. They even have a beer and wine garden for the adults! Many families gathered to celebrate Father’s Day as well as the summer season. The balloons were a sight to see, check them out in the video.
