The royal family feud may compromise the future of the monarchy

The royal family is facing a lot of changes that might affect the future of the monarch including the recent dismissal of the former Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Prince Harry, and Meghan Markle. Prince Harry’s decision to distance himself from the royal family shows the strain on the relationship with his older brother and second in line to the throne, Prince William.

Royal experts are indicating this strained relationship in the royal family could create a questionable future for the monarchy. The strained relationship between the royal brother is causing concern to the point that it was the central topic during a spring 2019 summit. Since Prince Harry announced stepping back from his royal duties and title, royal analysts are questioning the possibility of changing the line of succession to the throne.

The new book about the royal family, “Finding Freedom: Harry, Meghan and the Making of a Modern Royal Family,” claims Harry decided to distance himself from the royal family to protect his wife Meghan from his brother Prince William. An anonymous royal insider disclosed that the future of the monarch relies on the four people in power at Kensington Palace and the public popularity only applies to them.

This situation might be compromised when Prince Charles becomes king because this can only happen with the four members working together peacefully. If the four members aren’t cooperative to hold the public popularity, this could topple the monarchy.
