New Game Plus Mode!

An update for PS4’s God of War, which incorporates New Game Plus Mode, launched yesterday, August 20; many God of War fans were excited about the modish update. In fact, New Game Plus Mode, is what fans are so enticed about. New Game Plus grants the player the opportunity to play the game from the beginning, with their unlockables, abilities and weapons.

This will make the second play through more enjoyable. However, if you haven’t completed the initial play-through, New Game Plus Mode will be a tad different.

New Game Plus Mode for GOW is little more nonlinear this time around. For example, the player does not have stick to a specific path. Furthermore, they’re a large assortment of different challenges that the player can choose from such as: med Realm Tears, altered attack patterns for enemies, etc.

In addition, with the new update, you are now able to forge new armor for Kratos and Atreus. Here’s another interesting fact about New Game Plus. As soon as the player stars it, they will receive a shield skin. The player can also receive a second exclusive shield skin, if they finish the mode on Give Me God of War+ difficulty.

The new update also offers you to skip cinematic cut scenes, but you still have to play through the game once. Thanks to the new update, armor switch is more feasible. Moreover, they added a button which makes transferring your enhancements easier as well. Lastly, the update fixed a few bugs, as well as made some quality-of-life improvements.
