Zayn Malik is officially stepping into a bold new era. Today, February 6, the global superstar released “Die For Me,” the striking lead single from his newly announced fifth studio album, KONNAKOL, due out April 17 via Mercury Records.
Built around the intricate rhythms of South Indian Carnatic music’s konnakol tradition, “Die For Me” blends hypnotic percussion with Zayn’s signature intensity, reflecting both his musical curiosity and his Pakistani heritage. The accompanying video is just as powerful—Zayn dressed in all black, standing his ground against roaring flames and violent storms, a visual metaphor for resilience and rebirth.

Alongside the single, Zayn has revealed The Konnakol Tour, his biggest solo tour to date and a major milestone in his career. Spanning 31 arena and stadium shows across the UK, North America, South America, and Mexico, the tour marks his long-awaited return to large-scale live performances after previously stepping back due to extreme anxiety.
The tour launches on May 12, 2026, at Manchester’s AO Arena, followed by shows in Glasgow and Birmingham before concluding Zayn’s only European run of the year at London’s The O2 on May 23, just ahead of the Spring Bank Holiday. From there, he’ll take the show worldwide, with major stops including Los Angeles, Mexico City, São Paulo, and more, before closing the tour on November 20, 2026, at Miami’s Kaseya Center.
Tickets for The Konnakol Tour will be available first through the ZAYN VIP KEY pre-sale on Tuesday, February 10 at 12pm, with existing VIP Key holders receiving automatic access codes via the app. Additional presales will follow throughout the week, ahead of the general on-sale on Friday, February 13, via Live Nation. Full tour details are available at inzayn.com/tour.
Fans are already buzzing about the announcement—especially with a headline-making overlap on July 24, when Zayn’s tour date coincides with shows by former One Direction bandmates Harry Styles and Louis Tomlinson, adding an extra layer of excitement for longtime fans.
With KONNAKOL, Zayn Malik embraces rhythm, heritage, and hard-won confidence, delivering his most ambitious chapter yet—one that brings him back to the stage, louder and more assured than ever.
