Besides losing or keeping off unwanted weight, it improves your mood, focus, and energy. It’s good for your muscles, bones, and skin. Regular exercise can even control your appetite or make you sleep better. It seems like there is always an excuse we can make not to get outside and exercise no matter the time of year. In the summer, we’re having too much fun hanging out and pigging out. In the fall, we’re too busy getting back to business. In the winter, it’s just so cold outside and so cozy under blankets, not moving.
