Even though you might be excited about bragging about your awesome vacation plans that selfie with your boarding pass could give hackers access to your personal data.
It turns out scanning the bar codes on boarding passes can allow people access to a surprising amount of information. They can get access to the persons name, frequent flyer number, current flight, as well as any other planned future flight.
So before you take your next selfie with your boarding pass you’re going to want to think twice.
