Meghan Markle Says, “I Do”

Here comes the bride! The royal family announced that the 33-year-old prince got engaged to Meghan Markle over the weekend.

The couple has been dating for over a year, and they have seen their share of media scrutiny, not only for the prince’s modern approach to the royal family lifestyle, but also for her previous marriage. People always need something to talk about, right?

If you didn’t already know, Markle is a 36-year-old actress, model and humanitarian who has appeared in the hit show, “Suits,” and in the sci-fi thriller, “Fringe.” The happy couple is set to marry next spring.

According to the New York Times, “William and Catherine the Duchess of Cambridge said in a separate statement that they were ‘very excited for Harry and Meghan.'”
