German political Angela Merkel and French President Francois Hollande who are leading the talks have indicated that they are open to negotiations with Greece. Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras is likely to propose a new plan including 29 billion in euros from the European stability mechanisms bailout fund along with a debt swap.

Meanwhile, the United States is urging leaders to come to an agreement so that they can remain in the Eurozone and avoid any future risk.
