Stream a massive catalog of games from anywhere with an internet connection.
Microsoft has been diligently hammering away at their new game library streaming service, running closed beta tests on a variety of different potential platforms. Finally, after a long stretch of stealthy development, they have finally pulled the trigger: Xbox Cloud Gaming, formerly known as Project xCloud, is finally available, albeit in an open beta state.

Xbox Cloud Gaming is now included in all subscriptions to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, and on any platform, including PC, mobile, and Xbox consoles. This means that not only can you play the regular library of Game Pass games, you can also stream a secondary catalog of games through your internet browser, even including some older titles from the original Xbox and Xbox 360. The only requirement of your device is a strong internet connection; all of the processing and graphical strength is server-side, and in fact, Microsoft has been making a concentrated effort to beef up their servers with Xbox Series X hardware to facilitate better gameplay experiences.
Starting today, Xbox Cloud Gaming is running on custom Xbox Series X hardware, and available to all @XboxGamePass Ultimate members with Windows 10 PCs and Apple phones and tablets, via browser, across 22 countries. https://t.co/HYuvbHGBUg #XboxGamePass
