Just when you thought ‘Beats’ were the coolest thing ever, these new $55,000 headphones are about to prove you wrong. Let’s just say they’re supposed to be the absolute best quality that you can get.

The Sennheiser ‘Orpheus’ are an update to their old Orpheus HE90s, which cost $16,000 when they came out in 1990. The headphones aren’t something you would grab on your way out the door.

Made of 6,000 pieces and sit in a case with a marble base, the headphones are amplified by 8 vacuum tubes that rise from the marble when turned on. Now this has to be the coolest pair of headphones ever, and you haven’t even seen it all yet. For more details be sure to check out the video above.
