Take a minute and really think about it, can your tweets be revealing much more then your opinions? Let’s just say you wouldn’t give away your social security number away over social media but you might be giving away just how much is in your bank account.

According to a new study conducted by the University of Pennsylvania, there could be a direct correlation between what people post on Twitter and their income. A team of computer analysts studied over 5,000 Twitter handles and over 10 million tweets to come up with their findings. People who tend to use Twitter as a means for communication tend to have lower income then those who use it for news and information.
