Kanye West has become the center of an investigation into an incident with a member of the public whilst out with Kim Kardashian.

Mr. West just can’t seem to stay away from controversy as he yet again faces a possible legal battle after allegedly assaulting a teenager.

The famed rapper got into a verbal altercation which apparently turned physical at a medical building in Beverly Hills.

Was He Provoked?

In the past Kanye may not have always had a good reason for lashing out but this time it looks likes Kanye could have had a reason to get things heated.

The alleged victim, an 18-year-old man, apparently used racist, aggressive, threatening and derogatory language towards Kim during a brief conversation with her.

According to sources the alleged victim tried to help Kim Kardashian into a building during an outing. Sources say the young man then began using homophobic and racial slurs towards the photographers following Kim.

When Kim Kardashian voiced her displeasure about the nature of the insults he turned on her apparently calling her a racist slur, after which its alleged that West was summoned over by his betrothed, after which he allegedly got physical and punched the young man.

Kim also claims that the young man threatened to kill her during the verbal assault and she intends on filing a police report of her own.

Officials are currently planning on investigating the incident which certainly seems like no small task.

What Does This Mean for West?

West is already facing charges related to a scuffle at LAX with a photographer last July.

West’s lawyer has entered a plea of not guilt in regards to those charges however if he is convicted he could face up to 6 months in jail.

It’s unclear at this time how his most recent altercation will effect his currently ongoing legal matters.
