Jimmy Carter In Good Spirits

Former President Jimmy Carter, one of America’s brightest presidents has had a long and prosperous life thus far, but at age 90 Jimmy Carter found out he was diagnosed with cancer.

He said that he found out about the melanoma after having surgery earlier this year to remove a tumor on his liver. Once doctors did a biopsy, they found melanoma and, after treatment discovered four small spots on his brain.

Remaining positive throughout the whole situation Jimmy Carter knows he is in good hands and that his life has been a complete success. Surrounded by friends and family the former president will begin his treatment for the melanoma on his brain this afternoon.
