Let In The Goodness
Getting up early can be a difficult thing to do especially if you are committed night owl like Nick Helm! But today Nick has taken a stand and decided for the first time to see if getting up early is actually worth the hype or if it’s just a conspiracy to make people with less structured lifestyles feel bad about themselves.
Nick Helm is taking part in three episodes hoping to find an answer. The series will highlight Arla Foods’ big mission to help people get the very most out of their Monday mornings. Nick will meet people from all walks of life who not only like getting up early, but they have to.
