America’s favorite on screen doctor, Derek Shepherd, played by Patrick Dempsey, stopped by Kelly and Michael to discuss his adventures in a Japanese McDonalds. Ripa asked if the Grey’s Anatomy star had ever been to McDonalds, because you know you’ve all wondered at one point or another. It only seems right that McDreamy orders a McDouble every now and again; although it’s obvious it doesn’t happen very often.

I mean, have you SEEN that man’s body? He shares a story about how after completing a race in Japan, he and his friends decided to celebrate in the only place one should ever celebrate a physical achievement, good old Mickey D’s. He even described some of the odd items exclusively available in Japan, such as the McShrimp. He said the people in the fast food restaurant seemed very confused by his presence and could not quite understand what the star was doing there.

All we know is we are crossing our fingers that one day we stumble into Dempsey at our local McDonalds, but until then we will just continue to binge watch Greys Anatomy and eat McNuggets. Watch the interview above, because then you get to actually see his face, and who can pass up on that offer?
