It’s award season again people! Time to get excited! We can’t wait to see all the red carpet glamour, jaw dropping gowns and which nominees are going to take home the evening’s top prize.

The 2014 71st Golden Globe Awards will be held this Sunday at 9pmET/5pmPT on NBC.

The Hostesses with the Mostess

Funny ladies Amy Poehler and Tina Fey will take to the stage to host the event like they did last year.

So rest assured you can expect some tummy busting monologues and probably a playful light roasting of a few of the nominees as well.

We can wait to see what these gals have to deliver this year!

Notable Nominees

The historical drama “12 Years a Slave” earned seven Golden Globe nominations , including one for actor Chiwetel Ejiofor and a nod for the coveted best motion picture drama.

“American Hustle” also earned seven nods. In addition to best picture musical or comedy, the film’s actors Christian Bale, Amy Adams, Bradley Cooper and Jennifer Lawrence all earned a nomination.

Other notable film nominees included Gravity starring Sandra Bullock, The Wolf of Wall Street featuring Mr.Leo DiCaprio, Dallas Buyer Club with nominated actor Matthew McConaughey and Tom Hanks nominated for his role in Captain Phillips.

In terms of who’s most predicted to win in the Television category we’ve got Breaking Bad, House of Card, The Big Bang Theory, Brooklyn Nine-Nine and Scandal all in top contention.
