A new study suggests that eating a small amount of chocolate could cut heart disease risk. Eating three chocolate bars a month could lower heart disease risk by as much as 13 percent. Of course, that does not make it okay to overdo it. In fact, eating too much chocolate every day could increase your chances of heart disease. You have to find that perfect middle balance.
While doing this experiment, researches concluded that the natural ingredients found in chocolate can help improve blood vessel health and reduce inflammation. Previous studies have also proven that chocolate in moderation can be healthy for you, but is a little tricky since it’s so sugary.
Some more fun facts about chocolate: science says that people who eat more chocolate are less stressed. Some other studies also show that dark chocolate can also lower inflammation and stress. Another interesting research study shows that chocolate milk is a great post-workout recovery drink.
