Over the weekend, the 2023 Grammy Awards recognized the height of achievement in the music sphere for the past year, with numerous prominent artists having their milestones recognized. Out of all the artists performing in the world today, few are as recognizable as singer songwriter Beyoncé Giselle Knowles-Carter, and during the awards, her achievement became even more impressive than before.

During the awards show, Beyoncé won three Grammy Awards for best traditional R&B performance for “Plastic Off the Sofa,” best electronic dance recording for “Break My Soul,” and best dance/electronic album for “Renaissance.” With these latest victories, Beyoncé has official won 32 Grammy Awards over the course of her storied career, officially making her the most-awarded artist in the entire history of the Grammys, beating out the previous record-holder, conductor Georg Solti.

During the show, this year’s host, comedian and television personality Trevor Noah, said that “We can finally end the GOAT debate; it’s done now – it’s Beyoncé.”

Even before this milestone was passed, Beyoncé was already the most-awarded female performer in the music scene. Even if the awards weren’t taken into account, Beyoncé has also been nominated for a Grammy 88 times, which is impressive in itself.
