This movie based on the best-selling book will feature the star actor of “Once upon a Time.” This was a hit television show with many followers. It isn’t surprising that Jamie Dornan was selected for the role as he has a huge following and many ladies know him very well.

Dornan Beat Out Many Stars

Dornan was the favorite going in to it, but he had stiff competition from many of Hollywood’s star actors. He had to face competition from young and talented actors such as Christian Cooke from U.K.’s Where the Heart Is, and Scott Eastwood from Chicago Fire. Dornan’s biggest competition however came from True Blood star Alexander Skarsgard. He was the leading frontrunner and many women were disappointed to hear that he didn’t win the part.
