Underwood Rocks CMT Music Award Noms!

The CMT Music Award nominations have been announced and Carrie Underwood is up against some major competition – mainly herself!

Underwood scored big and earned five nominations in three categories including Video of the Year and Female Video of the Year. She was nominated for two solo videos ‘Something in the Water’, ‘Little Toy Guns’, and ‘Something Bad’ which featured her country music bestie, Miranda Lambert.

Carrie Underwood is often a favorite at the CMT Music Awards, and even went on to win the top prize last year, Video of the Year, for ‘See You Again’.

This has already been a huge year for Underwood, who just had her baby boy a couple months ago. It has also been reported that Carrie is working on some new music for hopefully an upcoming album. Fingers crossed! Other big nominees include Kenny Chesney, Lady Antebellum, and Jason Aldean.
