The Future Is Now
Alibaba is a giant on the web and now it wants to be King of the Road as well. It’s taking on Google and other tech rivals with what it says is the first fully internet-connected car. The SUV is jointly designed with China’s largest automaker SAIC, and Bloomberg’s Tom Mackenzie took it for a test drive. Calling it the first “computer on wheels”, Alibaba is hoping it is as big as the first iPhone.

The car has voice control, which can do things, such as changing the AC or opening the sun roof if you ask it to. Eventually, the internet in the car will be connected to other cars, towns, and cities.
