Tech Alert
Schiphol Airport in Amsterdam can be a very confusing airport to navigate. That’s why KLM Airlines is investing in a robot that helps you get to your flight on time.
Spencer the robot will be tested in the airport beginning in November. Spencer will have a map of the airport to help navigate people to their gate. Spencer will be trained to recognize obstacles and not run over people.
The initial test of Spencer in November will gather data for a potential rollout of the system in March. Do you think a Robot would help you get around an Airport?
