So we all remember the elevator incident that saw Solange Knowles give Jay Z a telling off at the Met Ball. Well the reason behind the greatly debated incident may soon be revealed in a book.

The new book ‘Becoming Beyoncé’ is an unauthorized biography by J Randy Taraborrelli. He aims to explore what drives Beyoncé to success. As for the elevator incident Taraborrelli told Entertainment tonight that there was a whispered argument between Beyoncé and Jay Z.

As Beyoncé rarely stops for any interviews the book is said to be the closest anyone will ever come to knowing Beyoncé’s life.
