2016’s Most Exciting “We” Economy Trends

Billee Howard is the brilliant mind and author behind WE-commerce: How to Create, Collaborate, and Succeed in the Sharing Economy.
As the New Year rapidly approaches, we begin to reflect on 2015, which has been a year full with ripe change and watershed transformation. However, as we move into 2016 many new trends are lurking on the horizon. For the New Year to come it is both a time of curiosity and empowerment and Billee Howard, a marketing strategist, points that out in her new book called “WE-Commerce”.
So, with that being said, we welcome you to the age of WE-Commerce, an economy centered on the power of “we” instead of “me”. Now don’t let the “We-commerce” term scare you, it’s been the way they view not only business but the world for a long time (the emerging generation), but for others the term is brand new.
Today, the most successful businesses and entrepreneurs thrive through connectivity, socialization, and sharing. So you can guarantee in 2016 questions will continue to circulate about the long term viability, efficacy and safety of the sharing economy as traditional business continues to be treated by new collaborative commerce.
It is a time where both the older and newer generations can connect and become one through the essence of community.
Major fortune 500 companies and those who are becoming the most successful such as Uber leverage technology to create platforms that rely largely on social media and community feedback to facilitate people’s ability to interact with each other more often now then ever before and this trend is going to help us all grow as a society and connection hub. So in 2016 you can count on the sharing economy will continue to explode but will move away from the notion of “altruism” to profiting for the many and not the few.
Instead of doing business the old fashioned way, companies must now inspire belief and trust in one another known as their community. They must now collaborate with their customers, create models that are more responsible then ever before as far as socially and environmentally.
In this book Billee Howard will be sure to provide you with all the tools you need in order to prepare yourself for the future. The future of not only business but where our community is headed as a whole. Information is becoming more readily accessible and we need to adapt with these changes because if we don’t join together now and start trusting one another and become one, then there is no saying where we will go from there.
So sit back, relax, and pick up the book that will give you a sneak peak of life in the year to come. It’s such an inspiration to see what we can achieve if we put the word “me” aside and really focus on “we”. We are more powerful as a unit then we are alone. It’s where we are headed so be sure to make yourself aware of what is to come with the WE-commerce book. It’s a new generation that WE must embrace, together.
