Update
Even though the company has had a controversial status in some major metropolises, there’s defiantly no denying that Airbnb has been more popular this year then ever before.
With that being said, according to the company, in 2015, more than 40 million people used the home rental service in 190 countries. And they stayed in towns and neighborhoods in those countries were tourists are not typically eager to go to.
So, to start off the new year in hopes of another great success story Airbnb has announced the neighborhoods that saw the most growth in bookings and well, you may be surprised to know that only two of the locations were in the United States.
