Trump feels confident through Muller testimony

The day after Robert Mueller testified before the House Judiciary Committee and the House Intelligence Committee about whether Trump colluded with Russia or obstructed justice, Trump tweeted that he thinks his approval rating should be at 100 percent.

“President Trump’s Approval Rating on Economy is at 52%, a 4 point jump. Fox Poll @foxandfriends Shouldn’t this be at 100%? Best stock market, economy and unemployment numbers ever! Most people working within U.S. ever! Low interest rates, very low inflation! Country doing great!” Trump tweeted.

Trump has maintained that the Mueller hearings are an attempt by Democrats to “re-do” the Mueller report. Mueller declined to indict Trump on any criminal charges once his investigation concluded, saying that it is against precedent to charge a sitting precedent with crimes. He said the ball is in Congress’ court now, and they can decide whether to move forward with impeachment proceedings.

Trump continues to call the Mueller investigation a “witch hunt” that should not have happened to any sitting president.

“Highly conflicted Robert Mueller should not be given another bite at the apple. In the end it will be bad for him and the phony Democrats in Congress who have done nothing but waste time on this ridiculous Witch Hunt. Result of the Mueller Report, NO COLLUSION, NO OBSTRUCTION!” Trump tweeted.
