The reason it is so expensive is because it’s so very stunning and has tons of amenities.

Perks include a 24-hour doorman and concierge, 71-foot indoor swimming pool, kids playroom, central garden, roof terrace, fitness center, Turkish bath, and even a temperature controlled wine cellar.
