These six hotels are the best in the world, according to Expedia rankings determined by two million verified customer reviews. The hotels were consistently rated highly for delivering value in the form of “competitive price, pristine amenities and superior customer service”. The list named 650 hotels, but here are the top six.
#6. B+B Edinburgh, Edinburgh Scotland. Located right in the center of Edinburgh, it is close to St. Mary’s Episcopal Cathedral and the Scottish National Gallery of Modern Arts. #5. Dormy Inn Sopporo. This hotel is located in Sapporo. Guests say they enjoyed the free Ramen noodles and the hot spring and spa. #4. Woolleys Classic Suites, Aurora, CO. Reviewers called it a comfortable luxury hotel located conveniently close to the Denver airport. It has a free airport shuttle and pets are allowed. It was the only US-based hotel in Expedia’s top 10. #3. Pumilio Mountain & Ocean Resort, Costa Rica. It is located five minutes from the beaches in Jaco. This hotel has two outdoor pools, a full-service spa and is close to Rainforest Adventures Costa Rica Pacific Park.
#2. Calenga Apartments, Dubrovnik Croatia. These apartments are within walking distance of popular restaurants, tourist destinations and the beach. They also offer a deep soaking tubs and free Wi-Fi. #1. Royal Palms Hotel, Bermuda. 100% of reviewers on Expedia recommend this hotel. Many of them rate the hotel highly because of the beauty of the grounds and the breakfast at the hotel. Room rates start at $323 per night for a superior room and go up to $472 per night for a deluxe suite. Hotels in the United States made up half of the hotels on the best-rated list.
