CES 2021 brings a lot of tech innovations for COVID-19 protection
The Consumer Electronics Show focuses on the best technological innovations of the new year but a majority of companies revealed new products to help combat the coronavirus (COVID-19) global pandemic. CES 2021 featured an array of technological innovations with new products with tech upgrades for products including sanitizers, face masks, and social distancing tools.
The future of face masks lies in ‘smart’ masks that are an upgraded version of the traditional face mask improved with some technological features to better protect wearers. The AirPop Active+ Halo helps protect wearers while monitoring the quality of air and breathing with a smart sensor indicating when to change the filter based on usage frequency.
Another company is offering an upgraded version of the face mask called Maskfone that features Bluetooth earbuds and a microphone connected through the mask. This mask design helps wearers stay protecting while tackling the problem of juggling multiple accessories at once.
