Brad Pitt doesn’t strike us as the type of guy to write thank you notes. And we were right. He showed his appreciation by writing a big fat check.

Brad Pitt investd more than $1 million dollars into Oxfordshire, England while filming his upcoming war movie, Fury.

The Hollywood film star choose to show his appreciation to the quite village for letting him film the war flick ‘Fury” there by writing them a huge check. The monetary gift was met to be a ‘thank you’ to the town for putting up with any inconveniences caused by/during filming.

We’re sure there’ll be plenty of sleepy towns petitioning to host Pitt’s next movie if he keeps up with this kind of generosity!
