Eat the cake, buy the shoes, and take the vacation! These are the words I have grown to live by. My whole life I have been super healthy. Quite frankly, I always have been and always will be….but not as obsessive. Life is too short to be super strict all the time. If you want a piece of cake…eat the cake. If you see a pair of shoes you really love and can’t live without…buy the shoes. If you want to splurge on the vacation….take the vacation. You only live once and it’s important to do it in moderation.

Healthish – A Lifestyle And Health Based Brand

As I was looking for more and more ways to stay healthy, but not obsessive, I came across a brand called Healthish. Healthish is about being healthy, realistic and more importantly, having fun. They believe that you don’t have to be obsessive to live a healthy, fun, and comfortable lifestyle. So with that ideology in mind they created a reusable water bottle with a stylish design!

Why It’s So Important To Stay Properly Hydrated

One of my favorite parts about the water bottle is that it’s reusable to avoid going through bottles and bottles of disposable ones. It’s important to reduce our waste as much as possible while staying hydrated.

Our bodies are made up of two-thirds water. Water cane be depleted through breathing, sweating, or going to the bathroom. This is why we are required to drink so much on a daily basis.

Water is very inexpensive and better than any sports drink or miracle fruit juice.

We can survive for weeks without food, but only days without water.

If you have ever felt thirsty and needed to drink something, then your body is already dehydrated.

70% of people fail to drink enough water each day.

Consistency is key. The time prompts assist in drinking little amounts throughout the day instead of drinking only a few at once.

Drinking too much water too fast can lead to water intoxication.

Final Verdict

This bottle has to be my absolute favorite. Not only is it stylish, but it helps you keep track of staying hydrated. I love this brand so much and what they represent. It’s so important to remember you don’t have to be obsessive to live a healthy lifestyle. Staying healthy is all about balance.
