It’s a political uproar in the north this week as Canada took to the poles in order to make a sharp change in their government. 43-year-old Justin Trudeau won and has officially becomes Canada’s Prime Minister.

His liberal party defeated the Conservative Party in a landslide. Former Prime Minister Stephen Harper stepped down as Conservative Party leader after conceding defeat. And since he has been in his position he has already been making big moves including withdrawing fighter jets from Syria and Iraq strikes.
