That Good ‘Ol Lucky Horse Head?!
The New York Yankees maybe on a five game winning streak but their secret weapon is something creepy.
The team’s good luck charm is a terrifying horse head mask worn by pitcher Shawn Kelly. “When I see those things, randomly in a crowd, it makes me laugh,” he said. So the pitcher himself decided to take on the trend and so far it has brought them some good luck.
He plans to keep wearing the horse head as long as they keep up their winning streak.
The team is anxious to see the results and it brings just a little fun to the bench. Captain Derek Jeter says he loves it and thinks they may have found their newest member to the Yankees.
