Life Is All About The Journey

Life is full of surprises. Every day is a fresh start giving you a new opportunity to create something new, a new memory to be exact! Some of your journeys that you will go on will take you to brand new places that you’ve never been before, and some will take you to familiar places, but will pave the way for a new memory to be made. Some journeys may seem like an ordinary drive, but it’s where they bring you that turns a journey into a forever memory.

As you get older, you look back on all of the memories you have made and you look back on who you shared them with. Life should be full of journeys until the very end, unfortunately, as you get older and as the people who are closest to you pass on, life becomes a little harder especially living alone and that’s where an organization called ‘Contact The Elderly’ comes into play.

This organization is run by a group of dedicated volunteers who organize monthly meetings for the elderly and they make it fun. Each month a driver will come and pick up the person at their home and will bring them to a tea party at different locations. This offers people 75 and older who are living alone a new relationship with friends.
