An incredible act of heroism on the soccer field may have saved an opponent’s life in the Ukrainian Premier League over the weekend.

Thanks to some quick thinking by his opponent, one Ukrainian soccer player was able to leave the field of play with his life.

Dynamo Kiev striker Oleh Husyev took a knee to the head from the other team’s goalie Sunday, and another player saved him.

This just goes to show that while they may be playing on opposing teams, these guys are still looking out for each other!
