The comedian Kathy Griffin has listed her Hollywood Hills estate – featured on the TV show “My Life on the D-List” – for $5.495 million. The 55-year-old comedian, television host and actress, who is known for her self-deprecating wit. Her 8,000 square-foot property features a modern mansion that is nestled in the exclusive Hollywood Hills area.

The home of the two-time Emmy winner is called “Wings” because it looks like a bird soaring in the sky from above. The house has two fountains, stone-covered walls and a floating staircase. On the second floor, there is a light – filled living room that boasts a floor to ceiling fireplace and an expansive wall of windows overlooking the Hollywood hills. The home has both privacy and great views. The gourmet kitchen is retro – themed and is adjacent to the formal dining room. Additionally, the house has five bedrooms, including a spacious master suite with a large bathroom and walk-in closet.

Downstairs, there is a media room with two additional en suite guest rooms. Out back, there is a saltwater pool and cabana. One of the selling features of the home is that it has two wraparound balconies, where you can enjoy the views of the Hollywood hills, the Hollywood sign and the valley.
