Halloween In Over-Time!
Come on, growing up we all hated curfew on Halloween and just wished it would be extended for just a little bit longer so we could get more candy and hangout with our friends.
But as young kids we never thought we could make a difference in something that was set by the government.
Well, we were wrong. More than 50 first graders in Ohio marched to city hall to ask their mayor to extend the hours for trick-or-treating this Halloween and it worked!
The kids were so happy and the mayor even took the time to tell them the pros and cons of their proposal. What a great role model in showing these kids that they can make a difference!
