Bad News For Returning College Students!
If you’re almost graduated college you are in the clear, but for those looking to attend in the near future, congress has agreed to cut financial aid to low-income students and use the money to pay loan contractors instead. Yes you heard that right.
The cut was negotiated in the government spending bill and would slash over 3 million dollars which will now go to contractors.
Critics say this is making it harder for students to attend college and the United States may be facing a huge plummeting number for those who will attend college.
