Open Borders Leading To Change
As the migrant crisis in Europe escalates, European countries are scrambling to accommodate the thousands of refugees streaming in from war-torn countries like Syria.
Germany says that it could take 500,000 a year and announced on Monday that it plans to spend 6.7 billion dollars to cope with the influx. The country is expecting roughly 800,000 to apply by the end of 2015.
Meanwhile in Britain the prime minster announced that the UK will welcome 20,000 over five years and France announced it will open its doors to 24,000 over two years.
