You can connect with a live Apple associate to help you buy an iPhone.
As smartphones have become more advanced and complex, shopping for them has become a more involved, potentially time-consuming process, especially for the less tech-savvy. Apple’s iPhones are no exception to this advancement, but in an effort to ensure everyone can get the kind of iPhone they want, Apple has introduced a new shopping assistance program.

This week, Apple launched Shop with a Specialist over Video, a new feature that allows you to connect with a live Apple associate over a video call while shopping for an iPhone on Apple’s official website. To ensure privacy, the video call is one-way; you can see the associate, but they can’t see you. As long as they are on the line, they will answer questions about the iPhone line and help you browse for the product you want.
