JCPenney Starts Giving Spree
JCPenney New York welcomes Joe Jonas to celebrate the start of the holiday season. To kick of the holiday season JCPenney had Jonas give away some early presents for a group of lucky kids.
JCPenney in a partnership with the YMCA is helping to give back to the community this holiday season. The kids were gifted a $100 gift card for JCPenney so they can get an early gift to kick off the holidays.
Joe has worked with JCPenney on this project before and says that he enjoys every year he has the chance to give back with the help of JCPenney. Jonas goes onto say that he looks forward to this event so much that he planned his schedule around this event to ensure that he gives a helping hand.
Not only is he a helping hand for JCPenney, but he also helped the kids shop around for their early holiday presents. All the kids show their appreciation to Jonas saying that he’s gone above and beyond helping them shop, when most celebrities only make an appearance.
This is only the start of the JCPenney Giving Spree program in which the company hosts various events to give back to the community. Jonas says that the best part about this program is that kids get a chance not only to gift themselves, but their family as well.
