That famous boast (and threat) from the movie “Animal House” well describes the Golden State Warriors. It’s not over until they say it is.

The Warriors battled back from a double-digit deficit for the third straight game and beat the Trail Blazers added 119-117 in overtime on Monday night in Portland. The four-game sweep sends the two-time defending champions to the NBA Finals for the fifth straight year.

The Warriors trailed by as many as 17 before rallying thanks to triple-doubles from Stephen Curry and Draymond Green. They also got great help from the bench, which was critical with Kevin Durant, Andre Iguodala and DeMarcus Cousins out.

“We’ve been here before. We’ve seen everything, every experience you can imagine,” Curry said. “so we relied on that.”

The Warriors will now get some rest as the Eastern Conference finals have at least two games remaining. The Toronto Raptors, who are down 2-1, host the Milwaukee Bucks on Tuesday night.
