An Inside Look
New Yorkers and tourists got their first look inside a $3.9 billion transportation hub at the World Trade Center site on Thursday as officials opened one entrance to the cathedral-like pavilion.

Rising costs have been blamed on factors including architect Santiago Calatrava’s demands and the logistical complexity of building it while the Sept. 11 memorial and office towers were also under construction.
The structure with its massive steel wings is suppose to resemble a bird in flight and is one of the coolest new structures in NYC to date. For more details be sure to check out the video above.
