Another Great Weekend In Sports
The Pittsburgh Penguins won their fourth Stanley Cup on Sunday night, beating the San Jose Sharks 3-1 to take the best-of-seven series in six games.

The Penguins fiercely guarded a 2-1 in the third period and the Sharks pulled their goalie to get an extra skater on the ice as time wound down. Patric Hornqvist scored into the empty net with 62 seconds to set the final score. Sidney Crosby, who had two assists in this victory, won the Conn Smythe Trophy as the outstanding player of the playoffs.
Pittsburgh goalie Matt Murray became only the seventh rookie to win four games in the finals. The Penguins last won the Stanley Cup in 2009.
Belmont Stakes

The three Triple Crown races saw three winners. The 16-1 longshot Creator beat Destin by a nose in the 1 ½-mile race on Saturday. Exaggerator, the heavy favorite and winner of the Preakness, finished 11th in the 13-horse field. Nyquist, who won the Kentucky Derby, did not run.
