A Major Change For Visa
Visa Inc., the world’s largest payment network, has agreed to add on Visa Europe Ltd. In a deal roughly values at as much as 21.2 billion euros. This deal is major for the company.
The deal was set in place in order to unify the brand globally after about eight full years as two separate companies, which didn’t make a whole lot of sense. The transaction is going to include 16.5 billion euros upfront and as much as 4.7 billion euros later on.
Hoping that the two becoming one will have a positive impact on their stock prices, the companies are excited for some new and well deserved change. For more details on this be sure to check out the video above.
