So, the first thing you should do to keep unwanted calls away is log onto donotcall.gov. Once you have put in your phone number and you are still receiving calls from the same telemarketers after that you can actually file a lawsuit in small claims court.

Each of these offenses will fine the company $500 which ends up in your wallet. So, before you answer one more phone call be sure to log on and get your name permanently off the list!
