Swift kindly responded to Naomi with a personalized message just for her, but also gave the young Swiftie $50,000 to help pay for her medical expenses. Yes, Taylor Swift gave Naomi $50,000 to pay for her hospital fees!

This just goes to show Taylor Swift is not only one of the most dedicated pop stars when it comes to showing love to her fans, she is also one of the most generous people out there – giving back wherever she can.
