The World Cup Welcomes Shakira
For all you Shakira fans out there, she has officially confirmed that she will be performing at the closing ceremony of the 2014 FIFA World Cup!
She will be performing one of her hit songs and fans are anxious to know what she is going to sing. This will be her third World Cup performance and she states “ I am thrilled and I have an intricate relationship with football for obvious reasons. I truly understand what the World Cup means to so many people.”
She will be joined by hip-hop star Wyclef Jean and guitarist Carlos Santana. She has been dating soccer player Gerard Pique and the couple recently welcomed their first child named Milan!
