Kim Kardashian Is Another Celeb Struggling With Body Image

The queen of the selfie may be the last person one would imagine to have self-image issues. But, the reality TV star opened up about her struggle with body image issues in Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

Kim says it was a bad set of paparazzi photos from a trip to Mexico that made her second guess her gorgeous looks, and that led to her body dysmorphia. Even celebs aren’t immune to an ill-timed photo!

According to the Anxiety and Depression Association of America, body dysmorphia, or BDD, “is a body-image disorder characterized by persistent and intrusive preoccupations with an imagined or slight defect in one’s appearance.”

Kim K isn’t the only celebrity who has openly discussed her complications with the disorder. Molly Sims recently came out and said her years of modeling attributed to her struggles with BDD, and Robert Pattinson and Uma Thurman have also admitted to dealing with it.
